R. Collins |
Carol Collins worked several
years in the Marketing Department of The Methodist
Hospital System in Houston, where her areas of emphasis
included sports sponsorships, service line marketing,
and advertisements. She received a B.S. in Biology from
the University of San Francisco and an M.B.A. from Rice
University. After traveling to India at least once a
year for several years, Carol began an extended period
of volunteer work in India in May 2006.

Mark J. Gatschet is Counsel with the national law firm Locke Lord Bissell & Liddell LLP. Mark works from the firm's Houston
office, where his practice focuses on providing
intellectual property legal services to corporate
clients. After completing B.A. (St. Louis University;
1981), M.S. (Kansas State University; 1986), and Ph.D.
(Oklahoma State University; 1993) programs, Mark
received his J.D. from the University of Texas in 1998.
Mark traveled to Chennai and Pondicherry, India, in 2001
and 2007.

Richard W.
Knight is Executive Director of the intellectual
property legal group at USAA. Rick received his B.S. in
Computer Science from the U.S. Military Academy at West
Point and his J.D. and M.B.A. from the University of
Texas. He also completed advanced legal studies at the
University of London. Rick currently lives in San
Antonio, Texas, with his wife Helen and their two
children.

Don Rettberg, USAF (ret) |
Don Rettberg served thirty
years as a fighter pilot and staff officer. His
community service endeavors at the federal, state and
local levels have focused on persons with disabilities
of all ages—early childhood intervention, guardianship,
service integration and major legislative initiatives.
He developed and led a successful $1.9 million capital
campaign that built the facility which is home to
Austin's Infant-Parent Training Center.

| Dominic
Selvaraj is a Software Engineering Manager with
Sigmatel, Inc. in Austin, Texas. The focus of his work
is to lead a team of engineers on design and development
of embedded systems. Dominic is from Chennai, India. He
received a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering
from the University of Madras, India, and an M.B.A. from
Oklahoma State University. Dominic currently lives in
Austin with his wife Manisha and their two children. |
